The trail in North Macon Park is short but packs in a lot of variety.  There’s some tight and technical bits, a handful of bridges, and a few challenging steep descents and climbs.  The trail is packed between the park and the tennis center, cut into some steep hillsides with a creek down in the bottom.  There’s a variety of vegetation throughout the trail, some sections are all hardwood trees, others are full of palms that lend a tropical feel to the ride.  There is an additional older loop that branches off to the north, it’ll be cleared and rideable soon as well to increase the mileage a bit.

Nice bench cut singletrack
Palms
Lots of rocks in the creek
